Capri (“Capri,” “we,” “us”), operated by Keeta Holdings, Inc., provides a financial education platform. Capri is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment advice. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a unique user ID when you create an account.
• Financial information you provide. Data you enter or upload — such as income, expenses, budgets, net worth, and documents or screenshots you submit for analysis.
• Connected bank data (optional, Premium). If you choose to link a bank account, we use Plaid to retrieve account and transaction information. You can disconnect at any time.
• Usage information. Product interaction and analytics data used to operate and improve the app. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Capri’s features.
• To generate educational analysis you request, including AI-assisted document review and financial insights.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.
• To secure the platform and prevent abuse.

AI processing

When you use AI features (chat, investment intelligence, or document review), the relevant prompts and documents are sent to our AI providers — OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate a response. We request that your consent is obtained before first use of AI features. AI-generated outputs are for educational purposes only and are not financial advice.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, including Supabase (hosting and database), Plaid (bank connections), and OpenAI and Anthropic (AI processing).
• Payment processors for subscriptions (Apple, and Stripe for any web purchases).
• Legal and safety purposes when required by law or to protect our users.

Advertising

Any advertising shown in Capri is limited to non-personalized ads. We do not use App Tracking Transparency to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Uploaded financial images used for screenshot analysis are purged on a rolling basis; the structured results you save are retained under access controls. We use industry standard safeguards, including row-level security, to protect your data.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app’s Settings at any time.
• Disconnect banks. You can remove any linked bank connection in the app.
• Access and correction. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information.

Children’s privacy

Capri is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
